Online Banking

Enrolling your accounts in eStatements is easy! Once you’re logged in to your online banking, click on the tab for eStatements and then click on Sign Up/Changes. Select all of the accounts that you would like to be enrolled in eStatements and Save.

Each time a statement is produced, you will receive an email notification that tells you that your eStatement is available. To access your eStatement, log in to online banking, select the eStatement tab, then choose eStatements/Notices.

18 months are archived in online banking for your convenience. If you would like to retain your statements for a longer period of time, we recommend that you download and save the statements to your desktop.

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” hyperlink after entering your username. You can also call us at 307-733-8064 or stop by a branch most convenient to you for assistance.

Yes! You can download your statements in the following formats: OFX, QFX, QBO, IIF, QIF, CSV and TXT.

eNotices are like eStatements and are received electronically. An eNotice would include notices you receive from the bank such as loan payment notices, overdraft/returned item notices, tax notices, etc. To enroll in eNotices, go to the eStatements tab, select Sign Up/Change and click on the green circle with the plus sign to expand the account notice option.

Your online banking will become dormant if you haven’t logged in within a 180 day time period. To activate a dormant online banking account, contact us at 307-733-8064.

Within online banking you can perform the following:

  • view account activity
  • view check images
  • view 18 months of historical statements
  • activate, reorder or hot card debit cards
  • set up one-time or repetitive transfers
  • download statement details into a money management software
  • link to Bill Pay
  • manage accounts enrolled in Mobile Banking
  • communicate with the bank securely through the Message Center
  • set up alerts to be received by email

Mobile Banking

Bright Bank’s free app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or from Google Play. Find the app by searching “Bright Bank”.

Within Bright Bank’s app you can perform the following:

  • View recent account activity
  • View recent check images
  • View 18 months of historical estatements
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Set up payments to established payees through Bill Pay
  • Deposit checks using Mobile Deposit
  • Find a Bright Bank ATM or branch

You don’t need to sign up for mobile banking but you do have to download the free app and enroll the accounts through online banking. Enroll your accounts by going to Settings > Mobile Settings in your online banking. Select the accounts you would like enrolled and enter in your cell phone number and phone carrier.

Mobile Deposit

In order to deposit a check with Mobile Deposit, choose Deposits from the menu and select Deposit a Check on the following screen. You will then be directed to take a picture of the front and back of the check. Type in the amount of the check and the account in which it should be deposited and tap on Deposit!

No! Mobile Deposit is 100% free.

The bank has set a daily limit of $2,500 and a monthly limit of $5,000. Deposits that exceed the limit are suspended and reviewed by bank staff for approval.

Checks deposited using Mobile Deposit should be retained for 60 days. It is a best practice to clearly mark on the check that it has been deposited through Mobile Deposit. Once 60 days has elapsed, checks should be destroyed.

Deposits will be credited to an account on the business day after the deposit was completed. The daily cutoff is 5pm MST. We consider business days to Monday through Friday except for federal holidays.

Wire Transfers

The bank’s routing number is 102304099.


The bank does not have a SWIFT code. Instruct the originating bank to transmit the funds through their US intermediary bank.

Domestic wire transfer instructions must be received by 2:30 pm MT. International wire transfer instructions must be received by 1:00 pm MT.

Bill Pay

All checking accounts enrolled in online banking are eligible for Bill Pay.

Bill Pay is a service Bright Bank offers to you for free! Optional fees to rush payments or to place stop payments apply.

You can pay a business and individuals using Bill Pay. Payments for tax remittances and child support are not recommended.

Payments will always be sent using the fastest method available. When an electronic option is not available, Bill Pay will generate a check on your behalf.

An email payment is an easy way to pay an individual without having to share bank routing and account information. You enter the recipient’s name, email address and a shared secret password. When the recipient receives the email, they will be prompted to enter the password and can enter their bank information to receive the payment.

Debit Cards

You can activate your debit card through online banking within the Settings tab, through the mobile app within Preferences, through Telephone Banking or by calling us at 307-733-8064.

To reduce the amount of fraud on debit cards, Bright Bank has placed a block on all foreign countries. When you’re travelling, let us know where you’re headed and your travel dates and we’ll ensure your card works for your trip.

If your card has been compromised call us right away at 307-733-8064. If you notice the unauthorized activity after hours you can turn off your card through online banking under the Settings tab or call 888-297-3416.

After your card has been turned off, we will work with you to identify all of the fraudulent activity so that we can file a dispute. We will also order you a new debit card.

Your daily limit for PIN transactions is $510 and the limit for POS is $2,500. If you need a temporary or permanent limit increase, call us at 307-733-8064.

If you have forgotten your PIN or are setting it up for the first time, call 888-891-2435. Have your debit or ATM card handy as you will need to enter information off of the card.
